At Paparazzi Hair Studio one goal is to create a relaxing environment, provide exceptional service and to pursue continuing education to stay up to date on new techniques, which will inspire our clients to look and feel their best. Even in these unforeseen circumstances our goals still remain the same.

 

The measures we have to take are not ideal, but it will be a new normal, so we all are adapting together. We intend to do our very best to ensure that you have an amazing personable experience.

 

We will be taking every precaution to provide the safest environment for each of our guests and our salon team. We will be following all CDC, local and state guidelines as well as recommendations from the Iowa State Board of Cosmetology.

 

All clients will be served by appointment only. NO walk-ins. A deposit is required for every appointment.

 

We can all do our part to prevent the spread of illness in our community. You can help by staying home/rescheduling your appointment if you’re feeling sick. If you are healthy, we look forward to seeing you with your protective face mask!

 

All appointments must be booked online only. We have a dynamic scheduling system that works in real time.

All clients must arrive fifteen (15) minutes before their scheduled appointment.

**Any client that does not show up on time will be considered a no show and charged according to no/show policy.**

This is requirement to respect the time of stylist and other clients to ensure that all COVID-19 screening is done properly.

Each client will be required to arrive at their scheduled appointment with a face mask that must be worn at all times. If you arrive without a mask, we will have a pack of three (3) available for you for $5.00 while our supplies last.

**If you are a guest that is unable to wear a mask for medical reasons, we ask that you call and speak with us directly**

 

At this time, we must keep the total number of people present in the salon at any given time at 10 or less.

 

Only clients with an appointment receiving services are permitted inside the building. In order to do so the front door will remain locked.

 

We kindly ask that you remain in your car until your stylist is ready for you.

Your stylist will come outside to take your temperature. You will then complete the COVID-19 screening and sign the release form.

 

Before you are seated all clients must wash their hands or use sanitizer.

 

**Employees nor clients will be permitted on the premises if they have COVID-19 symptoms**
